Ingredients
- 1 cup daliya
- 1 carrot finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cauliflower finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mater (peas)
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tamato finely chopped
- 1 small teaspoon jeera(cumin)
- 1 small teaspoon haldi (turmeric)
- 1 small teaspoon kashmiri red chilli
- 1 small teaspoon maggy masala
- 1 small teaspoon garam masala
- Salt
- Oil
Method

- Take 1 cup of Dalia.
- Wash it thoroughly

- Now add 2 cups of water .

Soak the daliya for 2-3 hours.


- Now add oil to the pan and cook the vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
- Now put all the spices in the vegetable and cook it.

- Now add Dalia in the pan and mix well.
- Now cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Your vegetable daliya is ready, serve it hot.
