Ingredients

  • 1 cup daliya
  • 1 carrot finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mater (peas)
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tamato finely chopped
  • 1 small teaspoon jeera(cumin)
  • 1 small teaspoon haldi (turmeric)
  • 1 small teaspoon kashmiri red chilli
  • 1 small teaspoon maggy masala
  • 1 small teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt
  • Oil

Method

  • Take 1 cup of Dalia.
  • Wash it thoroughly
  • Now add 2 cups of water .

Soak the daliya for 2-3 hours.

  • Now add oil to the pan and cook the vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now put all the spices in the vegetable and cook it.
  • Now add Dalia in the pan and mix well.
  • Now cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Your vegetable daliya is ready, serve it hot.

  • 1 cup suji( semolina)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

  • Add semolina to a bowl.

  • Half cup milk

  • Baking soda half teaspoon

  • 1cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Refind oil

Mathod

  • Take a bowl and add milk powder, maida, semolina, baking soda and desi ghee.
  • Now knead them lightly with milk.
  • Now apply a little oil in the hands and take this doe in your hands a little and keep almonds in it and make a round round laddu with a light hand.⏫⏫⏫⏫⏫⏫

  • Now place the pan on the gas and add oil to it.

  • 2 cup water

Mathod

  • First, burn the gas and keep a pan for heating, reduce the flame and add semolina to the pan and fry for 2-3 seconds.
  • Now add 2 cups of water to the semolina and make a thick paste and turn off the gas.
  • When the paste cools down, add all the dried spices and cauliflower and mix it well to prepare a doe.

  • Cundest milk as per requirement
  • Gulukand 2 small teaspoon
  • Dry fruits finely chopped
  • Gulab katri half teaspoon
  • Anise (सौंफ) half teaspoon
  • Betel leaves(पान के पत्ते) 5-7 Finley chopped

Method

  • Add coconut powder and betel leaves to the bowl.
  • Knead soft dough after adding a little bit of cundest milk and keep it covered for 5-7 minutes.
  • Add dry fruits, rose buds, fennel seeds, and a little coconut powder to Gulkand for stuffing
  • Now apply some oil in your hands to make dough
  • Now fill the filling by pressing it with the thumb in the middle
  • Now close all sides and make laddus
  • Sprinkle coconut dust on top
  • Paan Laddu is now ready to serve

  • Tamoto 1 Big teaspoon finely chopped

Method

  • First wash and chop the sag
  • Now take a pressure cooker and pour the sag into it and also add 1 and 1/2 glasses of water,salt,green chilli and close the cooker
  • Allow at least 8/9 whistle of cooker
  • Now when the cooker cools down, keep adding maize flour little by little, after adding the flour, grind it with a grinder or by kneading and make a smooth paste.

Tadka

  • Take a pan for tempering and keep it hot on the gas
  • Now add desi ghee to the pan and add ginger, garlic paste and roast it for 2-3 minutes
  • Then add chopped onion and fry until transparont
  • After the onions are done, add tomatoes and fry them till they leave the tempering oil.
  • Once tempering, add sag to it and mix well
  • sag is ready, now you can serve it with paratha or roti
